Mississauga, Ontario - January 30, 2009 – Sim Video, an industry leading rental house offering the latest in professional broadcast and High Definition video equipment, hosted its fourth annual Technology Open House in Toronto on January 29th. The educational event experienced an unprecedented turnout of industry professionals eager to take in the latest in digital cinematography and high definition production tools.

Applied Electronics was a co-sponsor of the event and showcased AJA Video's FS1 FTX1500TX transmitter, FTX1500RX receiver and LiGHTBoX® portable fibre kit, Tektronix's WFM5000 HD/SD-SDI portable waveform monitor, and Panasonic's BT-LH1710 17" LCD multi-format monitor. The event was, as usual, a great success.
